About the Event - Please read
Next on our series of workshops for people affected by suicide to come together and explore how creativity can support bereavement and prevention....
A workshop for everyone (not just men):
We are gathering at the Victoria Hall in Hanley, sharing the feedback from our last workshop, and singing together - led by Paul Rogerson. No experience/skills needed!
In December we held a clay workshop with Alice Thatcher and shared our thoughts on creating a vigil event. Alice will bring the fired creations and you can take yours home.
You don't need to have attended any previous workshops to join us on the 11th Feb. We'll have the kettle on, just turn up!
The Victoria Hall is right next to the bus station. There's also car parking on the doorstep at John Street Multi Storey (for £2.50 after 6pm) Pall Mall (next to the Regent Theatre) (for £1 after 3pm) and Albion Street (by Bethesda Chapel) (for £2.10 after 6pm).
We'll be in the Sponsors Bar area at the Victoria Hall, but there'll be a member of staff around in the main area to direct you up the stairs or lift. Just ask for the Up Men.
